Registration Policy

1. For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete a Full Paper Registration by September 19, 2025(UTC/GMT +800).

2. One regular registration covers one paper up to 2 Pages. Invited papers may extend up to 6 pages.

3. A Full Registration includes one attendee and the publication of one paper.

4. Full-time students must present a valid student ID at registration. Postdoctoral fellows are not eligible for student registration.

5. Papers not registered will not be included in the conference proceedings.Please ensure the paper ID and title match the acceptance letter

6. Full Registrations include access to all conference events, lunches, coffee breaks, and the banquet.

7. An international receipt will be issued after registration.

8. Co-authors may register as Delegates without publication.

9. Banquet is included in Full Paper registration and Non-student Delegate registration without publication. Student Delegate registration does not include Banquet.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@ieee-icta.net before October 15, 2025 (UTC/GMT+8:00).

3. No refund will be made for cancellations due to personal reasons (travel, visa, health, financial issues, etc.).

Force Majeure

ICTA 2025 is not responsible for any loss, refund, or compensation caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, storm, strike, civil unrest, war, terrorism, epidemic, or natural disasters.
